Symptom log

A symptom log for your GLP-1 treatment

At the appointment the question is always the same: how have you been? And memory covers roughly the last week. Logging in two taps, on the day it happens, turns impressions into a record.

What the log solves

What happened, on the day it happened

Logging takes seconds and is timestamped. Weeks later you can say exactly when something started and how long it lasted, instead of reconstructing it from memory.

The pattern across weeks

With entries over time you can see how things fall across the calendar — including relative to injection days and dose changes.

A history for your appointment

Instead of summarizing from memory, you arrive with the record for the whole period. Whoever follows your treatment decides what it means — the app just makes sure the information was not lost.

How it works

  1. 1

Log how you felt, at the moment you noticed it.

  2. 2

Momo organizes entries by date, alongside weight, measurements and injections.

  3. 3

Before your appointment, you review the whole period on one screen.

Frequently asked questions

Does Momo tell me whether a symptom is normal or worrying?
No, and that is deliberate. The app records and organizes; interpreting a symptom is a clinical act. If something worries you, seek medical attention — do not wait for your next scheduled appointment.
Do I need to log every day?
No. Logging is per event: you note things when you notice them. Weeks without entries are information too — they show a stretch with nothing worth noting.

Momo is a personal organization tool and does not replace medical care. It does not prescribe, adjust doses or interpret symptoms — that is the job of the professional following your treatment. If you have questions or experience an adverse effect, seek medical attention.
